RETURN POLICY

You MUST contact us for an authorized return number prior to returning any merchandise. See details below.

 A: All return claims of any kind must be returned to Dulcibella within twenty one (21) days of receipt of merchandise. If the claim is due to damage or shortage, you must keep the package and packaging for the carrier (UPS or USPS) to inspect. If we do not receive the items in the allotted time period, your package will be refused.
B: Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. If the Return Authorization Number, is not on the outside of the box, it will be refused and returned to you.
C: Items must be returned in their new, original, unused, undamaged, condition with no marks on the original packaging, and with all tags, labels, documentation, and protective covers intact.
                            
D: All returns are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, or improper packaging. It is the sole discretion of Dulcibella to provide replacement, issue a credit, or refund.
E: In the event of damaged items Dulcibella must be notified within five (5) days of receipt of the item. Damaged return claims must be returned to Dulcibella within twenty one (21) days of receipt of merchandise. Please include a brief but accurate description of why the item is being returned. Damaged items may only be exchanged for the exact item.
F: NO RETURNS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON OPENED, USED OR PARTIALLY USED ITEMS.
